Kucera was ranked the #3 Stock Picker in the Equity REITs category. The Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards recognize the world's top individual sell-side analysts and are considered the gold standard in objective measurement of sell-side analyst performance.

This marks the third time that Kucera has been honored by Thomson Reuters for his stock picking skills. In previous years, he received a “Best on the Street” award from the Wall Street Journal for stock recommendations and a “Best Brokerage Analysts” award from Forbes for earnings accuracy. In addition to being an award-winning analyst, Kucera has also served as an investment banker and financial analyst during his 18-year career in financial services.
